Service Department

Here at JZ Riders Custom we have a dozen service lifts. We are able to get your bike serviced faster than just about anyone. From tires and oil changes to scheduled maintenance we can have your bike back to you within 24 hours or less.

When you want custom accessories installed just come in. We will order your new wheels, exhaust, handlebars, or controls and we will call you to schedule installation at your convenience once the parts have arrived.

Our motor room is a separately enclosed area that will ensure no cross contamination and guarantee a perfect build.  Good housekeeping and cleanliness is standard procedure.

In our soundproof, air conditioned room with viewing window we can fine tune your motor to optimize its horsepower and torque. Our expert tuners can also recommend improvements such as cam, head flow upgrades, and the best exhaust system for your bike.
Big engine or not, perfect tuning gets you to the finish line first!

Full service fabrication in house. JZ Riders employs a full time, experienced fabricator to keep all our custom bike builds on schedule. Anything that you need for your bike or custom is designed and produced in our shop.
Do you have an idea? One of a kind sissy bar or fuel tank, we will help you design it then build it.

JZ Riders Custom's in house full service machine shop and operator can handle any number of tasks that arise during custom building and manufacturing.

JZ Riders custom is also certified to perform all extended warranty work on your Harley Davidson. We can also provide warranty service through S&S, Ultima, RevTech, T.P., and Patrick Racing.
